(United States Fourth Circuit) – In an insurance action arising after defendant denied coverage on plaintiff’s liability insurance policy, the district court’s grant of summary judgment to defendant is affirmed where plaintiff’s desired compensation was for an interrelated wrongful act arising from a 2006 lawsuit that occurred prior to the applicable policy’s 2010 acquisition date.
